I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms were cozy and clean, offering a real nice experience with the coffee machines and bathrobes. The service was exceptional, with the staff going above and beyond, especially Irene on the reception and the dining room team Krasi and Lula. While the location was convenient and close to the city center, the dining experience could be improved. The facilities were top-notch, making my stay even more enjoyable.

My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. While the room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped, the decor was quite old, especially in the bathroom. The lack of a safe box was a drawback. The service, on the other hand, was incredibly friendly and helpful. The location, although silent, was good for reaching the town center easily. The dining options were quite okay with a wide variety of selections. Overall, it was a decent stay with some room for improvement.
